[i finally got my omniball but whenever i drop if so i can unpack it i dont see it]

ummm can anybody help whenever i try to drop if so i can unpack it nobody sees it not even me i thougt it was defected so i bought another one and its doing the same i cant see it so i cant unpack it i need help i really wanna use that omniball
