ummm can anybody help whenever i try to drop if so i can unpack it nobody sees it not even me i thougt it was defected so i bought another one and its doing the same i cant see it so i cant unpack it i need help i really wanna use that omniball

any ideas please i want to get that gift this is this is aslo a add on to my earlier comment about that gift a friend bought me its the omniball i filtered it and did not find it
