login failed DNS could not resolve the Host name. this is the error I keep getting when I try to login into my Firestorm viewer I just tryed that and it still gives me this error

Hi. I really would like to know how to get a last name on my account. Because I was told by several people that option was gotten rid of and I don't understand why.
