its been 3 days and i have sent a post concerning this issue , and i still havent recived my purchase ^;^CaTwA^;^ Lamar V2/Light Redstook , my lin was taken but i didnt recive what i paied for ,,please help

i am not getting what i shopped for , it say on my web account it was sent , but yet only half of it shows up and the hair i bought never got dilived in the game ,,nor is it in my invatory , and the lin is taken , also a friend sent me skin and shape in a bundle and i havent got that yet either that was 3 days ago ,,judgment is upset coz they took her lin but yet i recived nothing . help
