Can't access my teleport history from the View Drop down list. Nor can I access my mute list to check to see if I have muted teleporting Any suggestions

I was recenty with an agency. After I completed the course, I was given a certificate of attendance and was promised work with this agency. Was supposed to take a final exam, but was dropped from the Owners friend's list (as well as others) before I could take the final exam. How do I go about reporting her and defrauding others on Second Life?
