I recently posted about my voice not working and I feel like the input/output settings are the issue.. When I go to fix the options... they are not highlighted. http://gyazo.com/8ff89cb1b4dcd352dc1f17224f51443c I do not know what to do to fix this

One day, my sl voice was perfectly fine and then the next day it no longer works... I have deleted all of my anti-virus scanners etc.... I have reinstalled... I have restored my whole pc to a later date... I've retoggled... I have gone to less laggy sims and relogged etc.. still no voice. I've resetted my internet box... still nothing :| I really need help because my family mostly uses voice and I am in organizations on sl that require voice. Can someone please help me? I use Ctrl Alt Studio Viewer.. the new updated FirestormOS ... and I recently downloaded the regular SecondLife Viewer
