Thank you guys for your suggestions and i had tried all still could not find it and only one way so i will go to contact the shop owner now!

No, the skin is not in the box, when i had bought it was delivery as folder so i have no idea where it gone...

Hi Guys! I took my avatar this morning to bought skin from a shop in world, and after i worn them and was busy with other stuffs, cuddently i got kick out from SL and i had to relog again, first i got message that the location i was in is in proceed to log me off, ok so i wait a bit and login again, now i login and after that my avatar was rezzed with wearing unknow skin like noob. And went to look in my inventory to find the skin i had bought and omg...i could not find the skin folder :( i had look all in my inventory but could not see it. all other items that i had bought in the same time was stil there...only my skin folder was gone. Anyone have the same problem before? any suggestion please
