My wife cannot Teleport or IM people. When she tries to teleport, her viewer crashes. She cannot see anyones usernames, profiles, nor can she IM them. She's been struggling with this for a few weeks now. She's cleared her cache, checked her firewall settings, removed any troublesome articles of clothing, and lowered her bandwidth. She had recently updated her viewer and all of this happened right after. Anyone know what the possible cause is? It's frustrating that we can't do anything together because of it, and we're trying to be patient if it is a technical problem out of our hands. We've done everything we can do on our side. Thanks :)
