Trinity Umino

So I uploaded a robe I'm working on and everything is rigged right...or I thought so. All parts are good on my body but the left arm is twisted around my av's body with the cloak. I'm at work and can't give a screenie but off the top of anyone's head do you all know what could be wrong...and will the texture i put on it in blender upload as well with it, thanks.
