For some reason my Avatar's legs, arms and hands dont appear, And my dragon Avatar head and jaw are messed up and the human head stick out of the dragon's head, And the dragon legs, Arms and hands dont appear, I want to fix this, Please help

Please explain why i cannot buy, how do I increase my limit for this project i am doing?
