STORE SUMMARY: strip'd Fashion is an up and coming clothing company. Although I say that we are up and coming, strip'd Fashion has been around since Feb. 2011. We have changed visions since the opening trying to find our wheel-house, starting as a t-shirt shop, then mens clothing, next we did female and male grunge/punk/teen clothes and now we are a high-end casual female clothing company as of March 2012. Since this newest change the popularity of the stare has grown 10-fold being a sponsor of the Free2Love campaign, published in magazines, featured in some top SL fashion blogs (BOSL, Harlow Heslop, Linnda Fashionista, ect), contracted to create a custom dress for the Miss Virtual World competition and so much more. Because of this growth we are looking to expand upon the strip'd Fashion family by hiring a Marketing Manager. MARKETING MANAGER JOB SUMMARY: As a Marketing Manager your job will be to take the initiative in finding places, events and media networks for strip'd Fashion to be a part of. This position will not be about being under the thumb of myself telling you what to do. Although some guidence will be given to things that have been brought to myself attention, though mostly you are expected to get the ball rolling on a lot of these things. Because of this, you will need to be self driven, professional, personable and organized. With the responsibilities of finding this events and media networks you may also be asked to organize an event aswell. These events may be anything from fashion shows to getting the right media outreach to recognize a sale. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 1. HAVE A PASSION FOR WHAT STRIP'D FASHION IS ALL ABOUT! - If you are considering to apply for this position and you have never even been to the store, marketplace or even seen the clothing that strip'd Fashion has to offer, do not apply. We are looking for people that are commited to the company as the rest of us are. It doesn't matter if you have never heard of strip'd Fashion before today, but go and see the store and like what you see and see the potential of the clothing company, that is who we are looking for. 2. ABILITY TO BE SELF DRIVEN - As I have stated in the job summary (see above), you will not be under the thumb of myself or the rest of the strip'd Fashion team. Although some guidence will be given to certain events/media's, you will be expected to take the initiative in your job. 3. ORGANIZED - Myself and the rest of the strip'd Fashion team is very organized and are lovers of the fine details. We have been able to achieve so much in the short about of time that we have been around because of this. So, I expect and appreciate anyone who is just as organized as we are. 4. BEEN IN SL A YEAR OR OLDER - This is not just to hate on all you resident out there. There are so many things that SL offers to fashion companies and those that haven't been around don't know of the these. Also, basic knowledge of SL (creating notecards, light building, sending group notices, ect.) may be required of the individual. 5. ABILITY TO SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH - I mean no disrespect for anyone outside of the US, but being a person that is from the US and not knowing any other languages - communication is the key! If you are from another country and speak/undersand English well then we are all good. =) PAYMENT: Payment will be made after every successfully completed task. So, I am hiring someone to do it for me. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES The Hunt Organizer will be in charge of the following; - Finding hunts that will bring decent trafic and have themes inwhich represent the store. - Registering for hunts - Putting up the required boards in store - Making notecards for hints and other - Hiding of the hunt item - Prepare a hunt participation list for me - Organize a maximum of 4 hunts per month POSITION REQUIREMENTS - Organized with NCs and object folders that you will be receiving - Time sensitive management with deadlines - Professional with the hunt administration and others - Detail oriented with the rules and other specifications the hunt requires - Partcipated in a hunt previously (not just going on the hunt) - Online a decent amount of time incase I need to reach you POSITION BENEFITS You will be paid 250Ls per hunt acceptance (if you will out an application and the store is not accepted, no payment will be made). There is no time that you have to be at work, as long as everything gets done before the deadlines I am happy. This is very minimum work for a max of 1,000Ls a month.
