Is the error message i am recieving. I have tried: - reinstallation -using different viewers - updating windows / updating my graphics card - yes i have a 32-bit operating system - updating adobe flash player and quicktime - running it in windows 95 compatibility mode, when i have windows XP What is the next step? P.S. SL works on my laptop, i have noticed my laptop and main comp have different video cards. Could this be significant? Thank you!
