I purchased an item from an INWORLD store on 6/11/2011 and still have not recieved it. I have sent IM's and note cards to the owner of that store and I fail to get any response. This was a month ago now. Is there anything that can be done about these vendors that do This?

I want to fill out a case ticket for an item I bought in game. How do I do that? This transationtook place at the store in game, not market place. I have IM'd and sent two note cards. not a peep from the owner. This transaction was on 6/14/2011.
