Vitina Firelyte

my av has been stuck as a ruth for some time now. I've tried everything, clearing caches, de bug options, even just waiting it out. my inventoryh as downloaded, but when i try to wear something i get a message saying clothing and shape still downloading... i'm out of ideas or solutions

my av glows like i have on a face light. i've checked and i don't have one on. it's so bright you can't really see her unless it's low lighting.
