Hello, I'm not sure where to post this, but I hope I'm at the right place. To keep the story short: I am unable to connect to SecondLife while I have Virtual Server running on my router. I am using Virtual Server mode (on my Sitecom 300XR router) because I'm running a webserver at home. I basically need this for port forwarding. When I have this enabled, I am unable to communicate with the Simulator. The login screen freezes on "Awaiting region handshake". I've tried multiple viewers, different ports on the server, but nothing seems to work. Here are some of my networks infrastructure info, if someone needs this: Gateway: 10.0.1.1 Server IP: 10.0.1.2 Virtual Server : 10.0.1.2 - Port 80 (LAN) - to -> Port 80 (WAN) Router: Sitecom 300N Gigabit Router XR Router Firmware version: 1.4 I have my firewalls disabled (on server, desktop and my router) but this doesn't change anything either. Does anyone know a workaround for this? I can run any game just fine over multiplayer, so I'm quite certain that the problem lies with the viewer (or any viewer for that matter) Thanks in advance!
