can any one help me they did a rollback restart on my sims today and the things what i bought and put out before they did them as gone now and i dont have them how do i get them bac

does any one know please where i can find Payment Agreement on paypal it keeps on telling me to look under my profile but all what is there is my details i cant set my account up on seconde life till i have done that Payment Agreement on paypal so can anyone please help me
