Ive had a preminum account for the last year but have never received my 512 house, how do I get that?

I just updated my membership, how do I get my new home, I filled out the info and picked out the house but where do I get it?

I changed my email address recently, my old email address was deactivated. I went into my Secondlife account to update my new email address and have hit a dead end. Apparently because my former email address is inaccessible, I'm unable to change my email address associated with my secondlife account. I've had my Secondlife account for 5 years. I hope I can find a way to resolve this!! Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks!!
