Ototoxic

I've recently started lagging alot more than normal. After countles fixes I finally ran my statistics tab and upon start up I run great. 9 fps (Which is good for the crappy computer I'm on) and almost 100 kbps. This last about 30 seconds, then I go down to 0.6 fps and 4kbps. I'm pulling my hair out over here trying to figure out what's capping my SL. All firewalls are turned off as well as anti virus.
