PandoraII Janus

No longer have 'appearance' option when right click so cannot change appearance. Clothes do not download. Non prim clothes, skin, shape, eyes that I should be wearing do not show on my av and do not show in inventory. Have tried clearing all caches a few times, changing sims, running on 3 different computers and testing. Alt Av I have works fine.
