How do I post my picture on my Second Life Profile, and to the 1st Life information section?

How do I select a different Avatar as my Avatar and add it to my Second Life profile?

How can I take the Underclothing off my Avatar? It does not list them when I select the EDIT Tab and then select Take Off Clothing. Do I need to change the Avatar or change my Profile to list my status as Mature or Adult?
