Yes I can log into the first and older version just fine.

The message reads: Login failed. DNS could not resolve the host issue. Please verify that you can connect to the www.secondlife.com website. If you can, but continue to receive this error, please go to the support section and report this problem.

I can access Viewer one which is what I have been using but I prefer Viewer 2. I tried looking for those preferences in Viewer one but do not see that option.

I downloaded another one but still cannot log on. I'm probably not understanding exactly how to change my preferences outside of logging into sl. Is there a way to change this without actually logging in with my avatar because it won't allow me to. I can log into my account via the sight but not my avatar.

Hello Identity and thank you. Initially everything was fine but all of a sudden I am forced to upgrade and cannot log on

I had been using Viewer 2 since it first came out with no problems. Now all of a sudden, I cannot log into my account because I am required to upgrade. Each time, it requires me to download it however I can not log on.
