  1. I thank all who responded and I will continue trying to solve the problem. My English is not very good and I apologize, but I believe it is being misinterpreted. One of the dealers said they can not do anything, should I open a ticket but can not because when I access the page and indicate that the problem was on the Marketplace page does not accept the registration of the ticket, saying that this option is not valid. This is the problem. The seller has positioned itself for tickets and the page is bad. I'm no alternatives. Is there any other way to contact support (email or something)? Thank you all.
  2. I do not know what else to do. I made a purchase today in the Marketplace of 800 lindens and the region where I was at the time of delivery froze and did not receive the items.
