My dragon is underwater even in the desert! VERY annoying sound effect. I can't hear chat or anything now. How do I make this sound effect STOP?

I accidentally declined a rather expensive Dragon Avatar it cost me $18 real $$ for. How do I get it back? The linden $$ are gone and I don't have the item!
