I downloaded the new Mac version and now I can't connect, but I can connect when using old Viewer.

nik India posted a question in Technical

I just downloaded the new Mac updated Viewer 2 software and cannot connect. When I go to Viewer 1 I have no problems and can connect. Error says DNS cannot find host name, yet my internet connection works in Viewer 1. Thoughts?
