As before, can't login to my laptop. But I started just last night. What did I do to get suspended and why didn't I receive an e-mail saying that I was banned/suspended?

Last night I made a Second Life and downloaded the Viewer on my desktop. I was successful in my attempt and played for a period of time. I figured I should download the Viewer on my laptop so I did but when I went in to play I received an error message saying: Login Failed. Second Life cannot be accessed by this computer. If you feel this is an error, please contact suppor@secondlife.com. And then I got sent here..
