where would i go to sell it, as i am not that well endowed with money?

<Subject> I've been creating some really good looking Dragon items and i want to know if it would be worthe money to upload so people could buy them, let me know if you are willing to buy professional looking dragon accessories Including: Helm Breast plate Claws(gloves) Tail shoes(hind claws)

<Subject> when I add my papal account(which I have no money in) it tells me I have insufficient funds, although nowhere does it tell me that I have to pay to use the mesh upload, or that I have to be a premium member. Am I missing something? EDIT: I have enough L$ in game, it was telling me on PayPal that I have insufficient funds(I already know there isnt anything on it) although it shouldn't be charging me for adding a payment option to fulfill the necessary pre-requisite to be certified to upload a mesh. I understand it costs L$.
