I am using phoenix viewer if that helps in telling me how to clear the cache

How do I clear my cache, I have seen that said but no one ever says how to do it.

I have a LOT of stuff...clothing, gestures, textures....etc missing from my inventory. None of "my outifits" will load up because of all the missing clothing. I would guess at least 1/2 the stuff I had is gone. What happened and how do I get it back.
