someone told me you can reset my account and make the missing folder in my inventory show up, is this so? Ive done everything think possible to get them back ive cleared cache several times and relogged over and over nothing is working and im getting really frustrated!! Please help

When I logged into sl my objects and land marks are missisng so how do I get them back?? Im very upset because I have way to much money invested in it!!X
