Hi Just upgraded my graphics card with a Radeon R7 250. Its not recognised by SL but thats never been a problem before. With this one though even tho it supports OpenGL 4.3 i cant even get shadows or water reflections .. transparent water looks yucky ... any thing I can do to sort it whilst i'm waiting for SL to support the card ?

HI I raised a ticket asking why I had not recieved payment for a sale on the marketplace. The marketplace records clearly show that the sale was completed with details of the order num etc and my transaction records clearly show no mention of the sale. For some reason the response to my ticket was to refer me to this forum . Any enlightment appreciated.

I've recently posted a question about the marketplace system taking L$1780 from me for preference listings which were not active. The answer didnt adress my lost Lindens. I can see a box as to how to accept the answer but i cant see how to follow up the issue to chase my lost lindens. How do I reject the answer and seek my refund?

I put a product on enhanced listing a month ago. I did it for just a week (1st to 7th June) and didnt renew. I've just decided to try again for another week (same product). The system has taken L$899 from me for the 8th June and for the 15th June. ie i've just lost L$1798 for weeks in June when the product didnt have enhanced listing. So I've now panicked and told it not to renew the listing but dont even know if i'll get it listed this week or even if i'm going to lose more Lindens for the last 2 weeks in June..... HELP. I understand how to cancel and renew the enhancement listing but the system has just taken L$1798 from me for a period when listing was not active - how do I get it back?

I've just paid for home page enhanced listing - how long before it appears there ?
