Mystik Aeon

For some reason once the viewer loads up and all my avatar won't go anywhere. It just stays in one place and kind of shakes. When I try pushing the directional keys it rotates and such but that's about it. What's the deal? Is there a setting on my computer that's conflicting maybe? Thanks for any help.
