Update: I can log in using her account just fine. We have turned off her anti-virus program, allowed the viewers in her firewall, turned off the firewall - and still she can not connect.

Alright, I've been logging into SL for a while now. Today my daughter made her account, just a few moments ago, and is unable to log in. We have tried two different viewers and it is giving her a message that there is either an issue with her internet connection or the SL Grid. I know her internet is fine, and I'm currently logged into SL - so any ideas what's up with this?
