Yep, that's my problem. Antialiasing has never been able to turn off on my system. There is no visual difference from the Disabled - 16x setting in the "Hardware" menu. If there is anything I can provide to help with this then I'll do my best to provide it. Some quick facts about my system. Celeron 2.6Ghz Dual Core. HD 3450 Catalyst Control Center Version 2011.0126.1749.31909 <- Up to date. 2GB of RAM. Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I have a pretty high level of technical skill with computers. (Disregard confusing AA with AF. Ha-ha...) Things you can disregard as the problem. Virus, RAM, drivers. Graphics card is more powerful than a laptop I had a little while ago. It could easily get 30+ FPS at Medium. Mine can't push out more than 15 most of the time on low. And yes, I have everything set to application control. :3 I have had Second Life off and on this system. I am assuming it has always had this problem because my framerate has always been mediocre with SL. In an area with a normal amount of prims with everything set to the lowest. No AF/AA. Shortest viewing radius. Approximately 15FPS. All the edges are smooth though, implying that AA is still on for some reason. Same place with everything set to ultra. With the furthest viewing distance with AF/AA, Longest viewing radius. Approximately 7FPS. And with the shortest viewing angle it is bumped up to about 10FPS. Look at the pictures that are in the comments and you will see that with AA on or off I still have edge smoothing. So, hopefully someone will be able to help me. Edited: 3/28/2011 Confused AF and AA. While the problem is the same, the names have been put in the right spot. Thanks you for your time if you've read this. : D Even if you don't know.
