ok i am trying to move the furniture in my house to where i want it but i can not figure it out i drag the item from my inventory and it goes in the middle of the floor and i cant move it where i want it please help

I bought an item yesterday march the 23 2011 the item did not appear in my inventory so I went to contact the seller and it says that profile was disabled how can i get back my L$550 or the item can some one please help me
