I'm trying to change email accounts for offlines and I keep getting a message that my password is incorrect, but I know its right. How do I fix this please?

I cannot seach by merchant, remove items from my inventory, use any sorting, or increase the number of items show per page from the standard 12. Also the scrolling featured items of the day doesn't work. It has been doing this for days. What do I do?
