  1. Hi there! I would gladly - the problem is, it won't even let me go into the starter window, before it even loads (around the "Clearing Cache" part), an error balloon pops up with the message of "Second Life is unable to run because your video card driver did not install properly, is out of date, or is unsupported hardware. Please make sure you have the latest video card drivers and even if you do have the latest please try reinstalling them. If you continue to get this message please contact customer support". 2. Hi There! I have tried to download a Nvidia Driver - but it seemed to say it did not meet the minimum requirements for my Computer (NVIDIA_MULTI-DEVICE_A08_R191214) Could you show me where I can get the download link for this "256MB NVIDIA® Quadro NVS 110M TurboCache"? Thanks Again, Stacy1712 Knotler
  3. Hello there Cinn, Yes, you've gotten a point there. I can't just download Video Card Drivers - but you said something about going into properties? Could you give me some directions, and I will gladly copy and paste. I honestly have no clue what I'm doing lol! Thanks Again, Stacy1712
  4. Hello there! For the past months (Geeze... I lost time), I just cannot log into SL. Everytime I try to log into SL, it says "Second Life is unable to run because your video card driver did not install properly, is out of date, or is unsupported hardware. Please make sure you have the latest video card drivers and even if you do have the latest please try reinstalling them. If you continue to get this message please contact customer support", or something a long the lines of that. It's killing me, because a) I have NO idea what I'm doing, and b) I've been trying to solve this problem for months now. I'll list off my computer information: - Dell Latitude D620 - Operating System: Windows XP - I'm not sure, or at least I don't remember, but I think I rebooted it... and afterwards it never worked. - I have QuickTime and etc. I've always had this problem for a while now, and it sucks! I have even tried to download various Video Card drivers, but it won't seem to work. Thanks again for reading - and hopefully this problem will be solved! Regards, Stacy1712
