I've had this problem to a number of times. I thought I had fixed it but it has started to happen again. Seems to really be triggered if I have two avatars on at the same time. I get the same limited use of some web pages. They either take ages to load or don't load at all. When this happens I either get impossible lag in-world or I can't do things like cross sims or even see other sims. The problem lasts for a time before returning to normal. I did find one article about this which pointed at it being windows defender. If you open up windows defender you can make exclusions as there is an "add an exclusion" options and I made sure I listed SL folders and so on. This seems to fix the problem but there was a windows update which seems to of started the problem again. Sorry, but I can't find the original link which had the suggestions. I can't work out truly what it is though. I know another who has the same problem as well as soon and she has more than one avatar online. But it does feel like something triggers windows to block or shut off something that gives limited connection. If anyone else has any input it would be interesting to hear?
