i was wondering is there a way to give my costumers a discount on marketplace?

so with other word... i am sharing the license?

since i cant find any support or forums for marketplace i placed it here. i was wondering what User Licensed mean see pic: http://goo.gl/NkSRr does it means the i have the license for this product or does it means that if someone buys the item that the buyer has the license?
