Effameee Sideways

I sent in a report to change password over 8 hours ago and have heard nothing. Do you have any other suggestions? Since updating Firestorm I cannot log in my alt. My primary one works just fine. I am sure I am using the correct password, the error message is :LOG IN FAILED and asks me to check caps lock and make sure i am putting my info in correctly. I also tried selecting a different region this time and that didn't help. I noticed that my primary avi's namenow says @second life after it, so I tried that as well. My alt is newer so her last name is Resident, I have tried it with and without Resident and with and without @ SecondLife. I have never been able to log my alt into the Second Life website either, so I don't know how I can change the password. Thanks!
