I am selling a sim: Hefferoo. The region will be cleared of all objects at time of sale. This is a full region (65,536 sq. meters supporting 15,000 prims). I am asking $700 USD for the sim by July 14th. If you were to buy a sim from Linden Labs you'd pay hunderds more. I will complete a sales transfer through Linden Labs and you will become full owner of the region. You will be responsible for the monthly tier to Linden Labs of $295 U.S. You will be billed the 7th of every month. I will also cover the transfer fee.
