I have somehow managed to turn on a function that turns certain prims red. I think it's a crtl-alt function. Does anyone know the commands to turn it off? thanx!

I've forgotton my password and realized that the email account I was using no longer exists. The usual way of reseting your password with them sending you an email is not working obviously. I'd like to phone it but can't find any number to call. Is there any other way of reseting my password without having to contact them, or does someone have a number I can contact? lol. Any advice is appreciated.
