    Where do Lindens hang out at?

    Well - I can't speak for everyone - but I have a few favorite places to plant myself. Most Lindens like to use alts but not me!

    For one - Jillian Linden and I have a region where we generally sit around and do work. It's private but located close to my mainland parcel in Hanley. I like to hang out there as well.

    If I'm not not there, I might be at a random infohub or Welcome Island or somewhere in Bay City/Nautilus/Blake Sea. I might even pop up in your favorite Adult region - so be careful!

    I also try and hit up the large events. I was at the Fashion for Life event and the Fantasy Faire most recently and you can find me around the Bunny Jam regions. SL8B is coming up and I expect to be there often.

    I do have a some favorite shopping locations but I'll spare you the details :)

    This definitely is a tricky situation and a great topic to talk about. I'm always amazed at the level of compassion that our customers have when others are in need. The $$ raised for Japan has been astounding and the Relay for Life events never fail to  impress.

    I would agree with the other posters about doing your homework before donating money. Research, talk to your friends, ask the forums for thoughts!

    Spring has sprung in Second Life! And we have some great ways to celebrate the season with our Bunny Jam event, kicking off April 11. With an egg decorating contest, egg scavenger hunt, and an all-day music festival, Bunny Jam is an event you won’t want to miss!
     
    Egg Decorating Contest: April 11-15 
    The egg template is available on Shopkeeper Linden’s store on Marketplace. Once you’ve got your egg, it’s time to get creative! Decorate your egg and drop it on Libby Linden between April 11 and April 15 to enter it into the contest.
    A panel from Linden Lab’s community team will review and select the top dozen eggs received by April 15 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) SLT. The creators of each of the 12 winning eggs will receive L$5,000. We’ll announce the winners on April 20. But wait—there’s more! We’re going to put the winning eggs on display and invite the Second Life community to vote on the best of the dozen—and the creator of the one you pick will get an additional L$10,000! You read it right: The winner of the #1 egg in the contest wins a combined L$15,000! Contest details are here.

    Egg Scavenger Hunt: April 21-25 
    The top dozen eggs will be hidden in regions featured in our Bunny Jam Destination Guide, which will be up next week once the Bunny Jam events begin. It’s truly a race—as each egg (and each egg’s L$5,000 prize) can be found only once! Once you’ve found an official scavenger hunt egg, take it and drop it on Libby Linden inworld to collect your prize.
     
    Bunny Jam Music Event: April 25 
    C’mon down dressed in your bunny best for Bunny Jam, the all-day music festival! We’ll be featuring live music and DJs from 6:00 a.m. SLT to 7:00 p.m. SLT. Be sure to share what you’re up to (with photos, SLurls, etc.) at Bunny Jam with your fellow Residents by using the #SLBunnyJam hashtag on Twitter—so fellow Residents can follow the fun!

    I also suggest just walking around the mainland. If you don't happen to bump into someone - there's always something cool to look at right around the corner.

    File a support ticket and attached a picture ID and assign the ticket to me. I'll see what I can do.

    I realize that you may not have a drivers license but in order to age verify, we'll need some sort of picture ID. Do you have anything like that?

    I'm sorry that you're having so much trouble. I know a lot of non US customers have difficulties.
