Gerstley Quinnell

A customer bought two items from me at the same time, as part of the same order. One was delivered, the other not. The wiki says to wait a day and see if it resolves itself. It has been more than a day. The item still says "Undelivered," "Not Paid," and "Not available for redelivery." Things like this happen too often and it's very frustrating. The wiki doesn't say what to do if the problem doesn't resolve itself within a day. Any help would be most heartily appreciated. Thanks, Gerstley
