I changed in July my account by premium to basic, now I seems to be premium and need to pay! Of course I left my lands too! How to find help without to9 do phone call? If I do not pay, as I believe to be right, what will happen?Ginger Riggler

In july before than my premium accont expired, I chanded my accout to basic, now returning from holiday I see my account again annual premium, renewed by one year, and received the meil asking me to pay. What is happened? how can I have my accoun t basic and do not pay? Ginger Riggles
