still cant log in and im getting the same mst\g what now?

im trying to log on but i keep getting "unable to connect to secondlife. service unavailable" and yet i was on this morning. what could be causeing this to happen?

how can i find out whau sxactly caused my acct to be blocked and for how long it is blocked?

I can't get log into SL.im getting a "second life cannot be accessed from this computer". why cant i log on?

i purchesed a few things from the marketplace but never recieved them and the Lindens were deducted from me. so how can i get what i paid for?
