  1. running windows 7 on a 2010 hp desktop, have tried all viewers..was working fine until two days ago when I was upgraded to a new kind of modem..hughesnet gen4 modem, then it started with logging in fine..but half inventory, then worked up to not logging in for several hours of clicking log in over and over...now its just not logging in at all gives me an error message saying this: We are unable to connect. there maybe a problem with connection or grid..check sl status report for more info or try again at a later time............I have done all of that did clean installs rebooted commputer turned off all firewalls so on and so forth.....two days of no sl is making me cranky..please someone tell me there is an answer?
