FIGURED IT OUT! Found this answer somewhere else and it works: "if your voice is currently disabled, try enabling it and then see if you can uncheck the "only friends or groups can call or im". youcan disable voice again after that if you wish to." Thanks for helping me! Mok

Ah ok I see you don't understand my question. I can't recieve IMS from NON-FRIENDS. In the game I try to unselect that option but it's greyed out and won't let me do it. Thanks, Mok
