Ginny Nostram

I have someone muted, but I want to unmute them, everytime I unmute them, log off then back in, they are muted again. How do I fix it? Any ideas or suggestions? I've tried logging on different viewer and unmuting, I've tried learing cache and relogging, I'm kind of stumped.
