Stormy Deed

How do I stop my avatar from suddenly putting on all her clothes at once. Each time I try to change her outfit, she puts on dozes of other bits and pieces of other ouffits. I have tried logging off with her naked and coming back on later in the day to see if the situation has cleared up, but its just the same, as soon as I log on she starts to try to wear a bit of every outfit she has. I have been trying to sort this out for some time now. I hope you can help me as this has been driving me nuts for months now. My avatars name is Stormy Deed. Thank you. Stormy Deed.

I deleted my clothes into my bin by mistake and then emptied my bin later. How can I get the items back?
