It was a drivers problem for me, i fixed it by diagnosing my video driver and updating to the right one (on Pheonix page there are some additional 'patches' that would help with that, in additional download sections on video). Hi, I have recently re-installed windows vista on my laptop and ever since i have experienced crashes every 10 minutes (both with SL viewer and Phoenix)...then almost like within 2 minutes since logging in with SL viewer - 2-6-9-231165 and Phoenix...it was really bad. Here are my laptop's technical features: CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T5800 @ 2.00GHz (1995 MHz) Memory: 2042 MB OS Version: Microsoft Windows Vista 32-bit Service Pack 1 (Build 6001) Graphics Card Vendor: NVIDIA Corporation Graphics Card: GeForce 9300M GS/PCI/SSE2 Windows Graphics Driver Version: 7.15.0011.7623 OpenGL Version: 2.1.2 I was able to use SL (as well as other viewers) just fine before re-installing Windows - from the same source, since it is included in my laptop - with the same laptop! :smileysad: Does anyone have an advice/solution for me?
