hello, I'm selling my private sim. this is a standalone 15000 prims sim (no neighbours sim). As the tier date is the 23th of each month (next tier date : 10/23/2015) i sell it at 300 $ (including 100$ transfer fees) until this date. (after the 23th it will be 300 + % of fees depending of the date) you can rename it for free during the transfer if you want to. Until now, the sim was a well known commercial sim, built with several shop spaces and generating a good traffic. you could be interested keeping that build and buying the sim "as it" including the build, my rights to modify it the way you want, some renters + a helping support.
